  1. Melt Chocolate Chips if using.
  2. In a bowl add RK and CC or PB.
  3. Stir.
  4. It may be gooey but cover 24 Baking Cups with it add flower to make less sticky.
  5. Cover all the Baking cups fulley make sure you see no white spots.
  6. Bake them for 30 secs in the microave.
  7. When not gooey place Jelly Beans or Chocolate eggs inches.
  8. Serve and Enjoy!
