Ingredients:

  • 2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a medium bowl with a hand mixer or immersion blender for 2 minutes until sugar is dissolved and mixture is foamy. Place in an ice-cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Serve immediately if the consistency of soft-serve ice cream is desired, or place in the freezer to harden further. If your ice-cream maker will not handle a quart, make 2 batches. The cream mixture will keep, covered in the refrigerator, for 2 days if milk and whipping cream are fresh.
