Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp of plain yogurt
  • 1 tea spoon of salt
  • 1/2 tea spoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon of baking powder
  • 60 g butter
  • 60 g sugar

Directions:

  1. 1) Keep an egg and butter in room temperature
  2. 2) Shift cake flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder
  3. 3) Mix yogurt and milk
  4. 4) heat the oven for 335F
  5. 5) Mix butter in a bowl till it gets creamy like mayo
  6. 6) Add salt and sugar into 5)
  7. 7) Add beaten egg into 6) slowly
  8. 8) Add 1/2 of 2) and tea leaf to 5)
  9. 9) Add 1/2 mixture of yogurt and milk into 5)
  10. 10) Add rest of 2) to 5)
  11. 11) Add rest of mixture of yogurt and milk into 5)
  12. 12) Fill each muffin cup almost full of batter
  13. 13) Place in the oven and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
