Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs meat, ground
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 8 oz tomato sauce with onion
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Mix meat, breadcrumbs, 1/2 tomato sauce, egg, salt & pepper.
  2. Shape into loaf.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 tomato sauce.
  4. Pour over meat.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes.
