Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Butter a 10-inch pie pan.
  3. Place all ingredients except coconut in a blender or food processor.
  4. Process until well mixed.
  5. Stir coconut into the mixture.
  6. Pour into the pie pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes (If glas pan is used, reduce ove temperature to 325).
