Duncan's Egg Custard Pie

I found this years ago in a little magazine called Great Foods . I don't remember what they called it, but the first time I made it, it was so good that my collie, Duncan, and I split the whole thing for breakfast!!
Ingredients:
1 unbaked pie shell, of your choice (i use the store-bought ones because they're so easy.)
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Beat everything - except the crust :-) - together in a big bowl with a wire whisk.
2. Pour that into the pie crust and bake at 350 until the custard is set.
