Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 365
  2. Cut the quarter loaf in half, the long way
  3. Drizzle some olive oil on both halves See Photo
  4. Spread basil on both halves equally
  5. Layer crumbled feta and tomato See Photo
  6. Break, or cut duck into small pieces, and layer on top
  7. Sprinkle parmesan on top of both halves
  8. Drizzle more olive oil over both
  9. Salt and Pepper to taste
  10. Bake for approximately 12 minutes, or until the parmesan is fully melted
