Ingredients:

  1. Sift everything together in a large bowl, blend well using a wire whisk.
  2. Stores for ages in a jar.
  3. Sprinkle onto, not into, meat.
  4. I added one tsp.
  5. Each of cardomom and cumin, and a half tsp.
  6. Of freshly grated nutmeg to a recent batch.
  7. Friends that I have given this to, tell me they are using it on just about anything they put on the grill, from fish and poultry to steak and baby back ribs.
