Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak codfish overnight.
  2. Dry and cut into small pieces and fry.
  3. Put aside.
  4. Fry potatoes, garlic and tomatoes.
  5. In an ovenproof dish place a layer of fish, a layer of potatoes and tomato and some wet parsley (to prevent from drying).
  6. Keep building the layers until there is none left.
  7. Bake in a medium oven until fish is cooked.
