Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place fish in greased baking dish.
  3. Mix together the tomatoes, parsley, garlic, seasonings, olive oil and cheese.
  4. Spread evenly over fish fillets.
  5. Bake fish in the oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Cheese should be melted and tomatoes soft.
  7. Serve hot with pan drippings.
