Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 to 1 cup cold water

Directions:

  1. Place flour in a mixing bowl; cut in shortening and butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle water over flour mixture; stir with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened. Shape into a ball; chill 30 minutes.
