  1. Brown sausage in large skillet on med. heat. Drain sausage,
  2. Reserving 1 tblsp dripping in skillet.
  3. Add chicken livers, onion, celery, garlic and pepper spice; cook
  4. And stir till chicken livers are cooked through.
  5. Stir in broth. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from
  6. Heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
  7. Then stir before serving. Serves 6.
