Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Use coarse blade on grinder to chop vegetables.
  2. Combine all vegetables.
  3. Sprinkle with Salt.
  4. Cover with cold water and let stand for 4 hours.
  5. Drain thoroughly in colander, press out all excess liquid.
  6. Combine Vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed and dill seed.
  7. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  8. Stir in drained vegetables and simmer 10 minutes.
  9. Pack into prepared jars to within 1/2 inch of the top.
  10. Put on cap, screw band firmly tight.
  11. Process in boiling water bath 10 minutes.
