  1. Cut up chicken breast or tenders, mix in mayo and Dijon mustard in small to med casserole dish and place in 350 degree pre-heated oven.
  2. You need to stir a couple of times to separate chicken pieces
  3. Cook until it looks oily in pan, around 30 minute.
