Ingredients:

  • diabetic muesli
  • yield: 1 serving
  • 1/3 cup bran
  • 1/2 cup serving raisins
  • 1/2 ea apple dried pieces
  • 1/2 cup splenda

Directions:

  1. Into a food processor, combine oats, almonds, pecans & raisins to
  2. Make a dry mixture.
  3. Next add & mix into mixture well your apple, cinnamon & Splenda.
  4. Place in a jar, zip-lock bag or other sealable container.
  5. Store in refirgerator for up to 1 month.
  6. To serve add low-fat milk.
  7. Exchanges per serving: 2 BREAD + 1 FRUIT + 1 FAT + 1 MILK
