Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 2 (40 oz) cans butter beans
  • 1 (16 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp prepard mustard

Directions:

  1. Chop up the onion and the bacon and brown and set aside.
  2. Drain and rinse the beans. Place in a casserole dish or a deep bowl.
  3. Add the tomato sauce,brown sugar,ketchup and mustard.
  4. Stir in the bacon, onion and drippings.Mix gently.
  5. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
