Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread 1/4 cup Cool Whip onto bottom of pie crust.
  2. Combine berries, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix carefully.
  3. Spoon 1 and 1/2 cups of the berry mixture over the Cool Whip.
  4. In a bowl mix the pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set.
  5. Spoon pudding over berries.
  6. Spread remaining Cool Whip over the berries.
  7. Top Cool Whip with remaining berries.
  8. Refrigerate for 45 minutes or until ready to serve.
