Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup flax seed

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Let rise. (This bread does rise, but not very much.).
  3. Place in pan and cook at 350 until crispy crust forms all around.
