Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp clove
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients and run a whisk through to combine everything.
  2. Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
  3. Slowly add the flour mixture a little at a time until mixed.
  4. Form into balls and roll in sugar.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
