  1. In a medium bowl place mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar and sour cream stir until smooth. Add 1/2 c of crumbled blue cheese, shallots, garlic and parsley stir to blend. Add Worcestershire sauce to taste adjust seasonings with salt and pepper if needed. Refrigerate to meld the flavors. Serve with remaining parsley and blue cheese.
