Cynna's Lasagna Roll-ups W/ Italian Sausage

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  3. Drain and rinse in cold water.
  4. Mix ricotta, egg, parsley, and 1 cup mozzarella in a bowl, set aside.
  5. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain fat.
  6. Spread 1/2 cup of sauce in a 9x13 baking dish.
  7. Spread 3 tblsp of ricotta mixture on each noodle.
  8. Top with sausage.
  9. Roll up each noodle.
  10. Arrange seam sides down in the baking dish.
  11. Top roll-ups with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
  12. Bake, loosely covered for 15 minutes.
  13. Remove cover and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
  14. Serve and enjoy!
