Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp soft oleo
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and beat in blender for 10 seconds.
  2. Pour into buttered 9-inch deep pie pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
  4. Makes its own crust!
