Curtis' Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 3 tbsp garlic
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Slice ginger and garlic.
  2. Add everything but olive oil to a blender and blend while streaming in olive oil.
  3. Serve over salad greens with whatever extra's you like.
