Curry Honey Glazed Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp hot water
  • 1/2 tbsp curry
  • 1/2 tbsp salt ( kosher is best)
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Spray the inside of your crock pot with cooking spray.
  2. Peel your onions and cut in half. Place in the bottom of your Crock-Pot to make a base for the chicken to rest on.
  3. Lay your chicken on the onions.
  4. Combine the water and honey and pour over the chicken.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients by sprinkling over the chicken.
  6. Cover with the lid and set on high for 4 hours. If you want to do this while your away you can turn it to low and it will be ready in 8 hours.
