Curried Tuna Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 4 (8-inch) whole-wheat flour tortillas
  • 2 cups torn green leaf lettuce

Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a spoon. Stir in tuna, onion, and raisins, breaking up any large chunks of tuna with a spoon.
  2. Spoon about 1/3 cup tuna mixture down center of each tortilla. Top each with 1/2 cup lettuce; roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap or foil, and chill until serving.
  3. Young Chefs can:
  4. Tear lettuce leaves
  5. Pour tuna in colander or strainer to drain
  6. Older Chefs can:
  7. Stir together measured ingredients
  8. Help spoon tuna on tortillas and assemble wraps
