Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Roast the poppy. Keep aside. Seeds and make a paste add green chilli and required water.
  2. Make paste from cashew nut adding water.
  3. Mix salt and turmeric powder with the boiled potato pcs and fry them slightly. Drain away the oil and transfer it to a plate.
  4. Add bay leaf to the oil (you can use different pan and heat oil)
  5. Add onion slices, fry till golden brown.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste. Stir for 3mins till cooked. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, curry powder and stir for some time.
  7. Add fried potato pcs mix it with the masala. Add poppy seed paste and cashew nut paste and stir for 1 min.
  8. Add warm water and let it boil for 3 min. adjust salt and add pinch of garam masala.
  9. When the gravy thickens its ready to serve.
  10. Serve garnishing with very finely chopped fresh coriander leaves and dash it with cream.
