Curried Cream Of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sauté onion, broccoli and bell pepper in butter.
  2. Add wine and chicken broth then simmer until vegetables are tender.
  3. Place vegetables in a blender and blend until a smooth puree is reached.
  4. Return to pan then add curry powder then cream.
  5. Heat and serve.
