Directions:

  1. Sautee onions and apples
  2. Mix ingredients in additional ingredients until creamy
  3. Pour over chopped up chicken breasts in a 9x13 dish
  4. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 in a glass baking dish
  5. Uncover and cook and additional 20 minutes
  6. Serve over rice
