Cucumber Vinegar Slaw

Ingredients:

  • 3 large cucumbers
  • 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
  • 1/2-1 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt , to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper , to taste

Directions:

  1. Peel and shred cucumbers in medium bowl.
  2. Add sour cream and vinegar (use more or less vinegar per your preference).
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mixture will be very thin.
