Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring well with fork or small whisk.
  2. Combine olives,tomato,and cucumber in a bowl.
  3. Pour dressing mixture over tomato mixture;toss.
  4. Cover and chill 30 minutes, if desired.
  5. Serve on lettuce leaves.
