Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and grate cucumbers and onion.
  2. Squeeze out moisture from both in paper towels or toss in a salad spinner lined with paper towels.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add cucumber and onion, mayonnaise and salt.
  5. Mix together with a spoon.
  6. Add lemon juice and mix again.
