Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup vinegar

Directions:

  1. Peel cucumbers and grate on largest hole.
  2. Dice red onion.
  3. Mix onion and cucumber.
  4. Add salt and vinegar.
  5. Let soak 1/2 hour and then drain.
  6. Add dressing.
  7. Serve.
