Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced )
  • 1 tbsp of dill
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Grate the Cucumber....that's right, I said Grate.
  2. Place the Grated Cucumber in a bowl with the Yogurt, Garlic, Dill and mix to combine.
  3. Salt and Pepper the dip to taste.
  4. Let Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Goes Great with Corn Chips, Pita Bread, or as a topping on Gyros.
