Directions:

  1. Peel seed and finely dice the cucumber.
  2. Using a colander squeeze out any excess water from the cucumber chunks.
  3. Place in a bowl and blend well with the pepper and dill.
  4. Blend in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Cover and chill.
