Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Peel cucumber and cut into chunks. In a blender blend cucumber with remaining ingredients until completely smooth and pour into a glass pitcher. Cooler may be made 6 hours ahead and chilled, covered. Stir cooler before serving.
