Cucumber And Sour Cream Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Make this salad at least 2 hours before you wish to serve it.
  2. Peel the cucumbers and slice thinly.
  3. Blend together the other ingredients (except lettuce leaves).
  4. Add cucumbers and stir enough to distribute the dressing evenly.
  5. Put in refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.
  6. Before serving, place lettuce leaves on individual serving plates or on a serving dish.
  7. Top with cucumber mixture and serve at once.
