Hungarian Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice cucumber thin in a bowl, the thinner the better.
  2. Salt down the cucumbers and let sit for 5-10 minutes
  3. Drain of all the juice and sqeeze it out
  4. Add pressed garlic
  5. Add sour cream as desired
  6. Add vinegar as desired
  7. Add paprika about 1/2 tsp.
  8. Add pepper as desired
  9. Mix together and refridgerate till ready to serve.
