Ingredients:

  • 1 package of frozen yucca or
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 small clove of garlic

Directions:

  1. If Yucca is frozen open package and boil until tender.
  2. If Yucca is fresh peal root and boil until tender
  3. Chop Garlic into small pieces
  4. Place Yucca in casarole dish then lemon juice and garlic
  5. Place lid on dish and bake in oven 450 for 20mins
