Crustless Pumpkin Pie (Core)

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz canned pumpkin (1 large can)
  • 12 oz evaporated skim milk ( 1 can)
  • 2 eggs (or use 3/4 cup egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 cup splenda

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth
  2. Pour into a 9 sprayed pie pan
  3. Bake at 400*F for 15 minutes, then at 325*F for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
