Mock Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 2 sticks of butter

Directions:

  1. Mix all above ingredients with a whisk and pour into cake pan.
  2. Sprinkle cake mix (dry) evenly over the top of mixture.
  3. Lay pecans on to to taste.
  4. Cover entire top with thin slices of butter
  5. Bake 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
  6. This is so good, I'm going home to make some.
