Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 180 C / 350 F / mark 4.
  2. In a lage bowl,mix oil and sugar.
  3. Add egg and mix well.
  4. Add flour,salt,sesame seeds and baking powder.Mix well to combine.
  5. Shape the biscuits with a round or heart shaped cookiescutter. Sprinkle extra sesame seeds on top and press with finger.
  6. Put on the lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.Store in an airtight container.
  8. Serve with coffee or tea.
