Crunchy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, peanuts and sugar.
  3. Add butter and egg white, stirring to combine.
  4. Press crumb mixture in bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and cool completely.
  7. In medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar at high speed with an electric mixer for approximately 6 minutes, or until light and fluffy.
  8. Add peanut butter, milk and vanilla.
  9. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  10. Prepare dessert topping mix according to package directions.
  11. Fold into peanut butter mixture.
  12. Spoon mixture into cooled crust.
  13. Refrigerate for 4 hours, or until set.
  14. Garnish with chocolate-covered peanuts, if desired.
