Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Grease a 10 quiche or 13 x 9 glass rectangular pan
  3. Slice mushrooms.
  4. Melt butter in large skillet
  5. Add pepper, onions, cook til tender about 5 min.
  6. Lightly beat eggs, add milk, and season with salt and pepper
  7. Pour egg mixture into greased pan
  8. Arrange vegies and sausage (fun to try to write a message!)
  9. Bake in oven 25 or until edges browned and knife comes out of center clean
  10. Serve with lots of buttered toast and coffee
