Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and dice the beets, then place in crock pot.
  2. Add garlic, 1/4 cup water, oil, thyme, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir all ingredients until well combined.
  4. Cover and cook for 6 hours on low until tender.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley.
