Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, or any other seasonings you like (or none at all).
  2. Place chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot.
  3. Add corn.
  4. Add black beans.
  5. Add diced tomatoes and green chilies.
  6. Cook on LOW setting for 8 hours.
  7. Serve as is or with rice.
