Ingredients:

  • 1 (13 1/2 oz) can evaporated milk ( skim is fine , 385ml)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; stir well.
  2. Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours or on High for 2 to 2-1/2 hours.
  3. Stir twice during cooking period.
