Ingredients:

  • 1/2 gallon milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Boil milk, rice, butter, and sugar together in crock pot on high setting until thick (45 mins- 1 hr).
  2. When thickened, stir in cream, egg, and vanilla.
  3. When cool, sprinkle with cinnamon.
