Crock Pot Peanut Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 -2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2-1 cup chicken broth (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked.
  4. Serve over hot rice or noodles.
