Crock Pot Lemonade Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in skillet, add chicken. Brown on both sides.
  2. Put in crock pot.
  3. Whisk together next 4 ingredients, pour over chicken.
  4. Cook on high 3-4 hrs.
  5. Just before serving, remove chicken and skim fat off liquid. Put in medium sauce pan.
  6. Whisk cornstarch and water, add to saucepan. Heat on med-high heat til thickened. Pour over chicken and serve.
