Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop vegetables
  2. Stir fry chicken till no longer pink
  3. Add veggies, stir fry till crisp tender
  4. Bring 1/2 c water to boil add 1 tsp chicken stock(no sodium)
  5. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients,mix well
  6. Add sauce to stir fry skillet and heat till thickened
  7. Serve with brown rice
